- Preparation: Made with early harvest arbequina oil, organic extra virgin quality, obtained only by mechanical procedures.
The oil has a dark green color with yellowish tones. The palate is very balanced, smooth, sweet, slightly bitter, and with a slight final itch that is very pleasant.
The "Arbequina" olive is one of the smallest, used to produce olive oil. More rounded than elongated, early maturing, bright green/violet in color, it produces a very fine oil.
