Nuestros vinos y aceites Virgen Extra Ecológicos han sido galardonados con el primer premio de Sabores de la Janda, organizado por la Mancomunidad de Municipios de la Comarca en la categoría de “Mejor Producto Ecológico”. Ramón Iglesias, de la Bodega-Almazara Sancha Pérez, recogió el premio de manos de la Presidenta de la Mancomunidad de la Janda, Mari Santos Sevillano, en la gala celebrada ayer en Conil de la Frontera.
Ha sido reconocida, además de la apuesta por lo ecológico, por la recuperación de una vieja historia olvidada de olivos y viñedos que jugaron un papel importante en la economía de la zona en siglos pasados, y especialmente de la Tintilla, la uva autóctona de nuestra tierra que se cultivó en nuestros pueblos hasta mitad del siglo XIX.
